About the role
The role of Director of Knowledge Management involves overseeing the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies within an organization. This includes managing internal knowledge repositories, facilitating knowledge sharing across departments, and ensuring that the organization leverages its knowledge assets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information systems, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.
- Proven ability to develop and execute knowledge management strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with knowledge management software and tools.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience leading teams and managing projects.
