Exercise Planner, Senior

About the role

Coordinate and collaborate with a DoD customer to develop approved requirements supporting environment and event execution. Facilitate the development and integration of non-kinetic IO and Cyber activities into training, exercise, rehearsal, testing, and experimentation events. Support test and evaluation activities specifically related to service training, Joint training, exercises, experimentation, mission rehearsal, new and legacy system upgrade acquisition programs, Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E), Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E), coalition partners, and Combatant Command, service, and agency events. Provide on-site environment and event planning support to non-local partner sites, both current and future.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and integration of non-kinetic IO and Cyber activities into training, exercise, rehearsal, testing, and experimentation events.
• Support test and evaluation activities specifically related to service training, Joint training, exercises, experimentation, mission rehearsal, new and legacy system upgrade acquisition programs, Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E), Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E), coalition partners, and Combatant Command, service, and agency events.
• Provide on-site environment and event planning support to non-local partner sites, both current and future.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
• 5+ years of experience with operational or exercise planning

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Visio 2010 or later versions
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Skills

• CompTIA Sec+ or Net+ Certification

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
