Exercise Planner

Responsibilities
- Design, stand up, operate, and optimize organizations
- Identify advanced tools and technology to expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden
- Manage the byproducts of change through project implementation
- Develop planning artifacts such as EXPLANs, MSELs, or AARs
- Brief GO, FO, or SES-level audiences
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting joint military exercises, training events, or wargames in a uniformed capacity
- Knowledge of joint planning processes such as JPP and JOPES
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. Space Force operationally-focused organizations
- Experience with Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) concepts
- Experience integrating space into large-scale exercises such as RED FLAG or GLOBAL SENTINEL
- Experience working with international or coalition partners
- Experience with space domain operations such as SATCOM, PNT, missile warning, or SDA
- Knowledge of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools used in exercises

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
Pay
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work models include:
- Remote: Generally expected to have cameras on during meetings. May require occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with potential visits to customer facilities.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
