Exercise Physiologist
Job Summary
Responsible for performing day-to-day implementation and follow-up case management for patients in Cardiac Rehab. Provides individualized rehab programs to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, educational needs on admission.
- Individualizes patients' plan of care.
- Performs no invasive cardiology tests.
- Documents patient care assessments.
- Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in EP or related exercise science field
- Licensure/Certification: BLS and ACLS

Pay and Schedule
$20.50 - $30.75 per hour. Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
