Design and Deliver
Design and deliver tailored exercise therapies using patient data, current health status, and medication profiles to safely guide individuals through their rehabilitation journeys.
Evaluate patient progress through comprehensive pre- and post-rehabilitation testing, translating clinical metrics into clear, actionable health insights.
Monitor and adapt care plans in real-time, quickly recognizing abnormal responses or contraindications to exercise to ensure absolute patient safety and optimal recovery.
Educate and empower patients and the community by leading wellness classes and public speaking initiatives that promote long-term heart-healthy habits.
Champion operational excellence by maintaining advanced department equipment, managing patient records, and stepping up to provide leadership coverage when the manager is away.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Athletic Trainer preferred.
- Certification specializing in Sports Medicine preferred.
- Registered Exercise Physiologist preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
