Responsibilities
- Manage the overall business operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization.
- Review and approve content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and standards.
- Provide oversight on finance-related tasks, such as budget tracking and expense management.
- Handle reception tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Aid with website edits and updates, maintaining a user-friendly online presence.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic finance principles and content review processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks.
- Experience working in the health/psychology industry is a plus.
