This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Media leadership to define and execute growth strategies
• Serve as the accountable owner of Media operations, ensuring efficient delivery
• Lead integration and process harmonization across legacy organizations
• Own operational governance and resource planning for sustainable scalability
• Design and optimize business processes and decision-making structures
• Enable growth through commercial operations and scalable business development
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies for enhanced productivity
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for actionable insights on performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare media or related fields
• Proven success in business operations and organizational scaling
• Strong understanding of the healthcare media landscape and analytics
• Experience in revenue growth and operational performance management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting and business planning
• Experience utilizing AI and data-driven decision-making to enhance business outcomes

Pay

$245,000 – $320,000 annually
