About the role
Tulsa Honor Academy (THA) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing a high-quality, college-preparatory education to all scholars, regardless of background. Founded in 2015 with 92 fifth-grade scholars, THA aims to serve over 1,400 scholars across three schools by the 2026-2027 academic year. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prioritize competing requests.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and other documents for executive leaders.
- Attend meetings as needed, capture notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects led by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure key initiatives remain on schedule.
- Cover communication and follow-up across individuals to advance organizational priorities.
- Monitor progress toward deliverables and proactively identify potential barriers or delays.
- Cook up planning and logistics for retreats and special events.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for executive work, helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring important details, timelines, and follow-through are not overlooked.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English), required.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator, 2+ years preferred.
- Prior operations experience in a school setting, preferred.
- Charter school experience, strongly preferred.

Benefits
THA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a starting salary range for Coordinators with a high school diploma at $38,000 and for those with a bachelor’s degree at $47,000, commensurate with experience.
