Executive Talent Sourcer
About the role
As the Executive Talent Sourcer, you will support our executive recruiting team in identifying, connecting, and building a robust talent pipeline within Crocs, Inc. Your work will help expand our talent community across various departments for both our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands. Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Search, you will develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional passive talent. You will provide hiring managers and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing strong, diverse pipelines of talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods—including networking, direct outreach, and social media—to identify and engage potential executive candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to make data-driven recommendations for executive talent acquisition.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates, build compelling outreach messages, and maintain ongoing relationships to nurture candidate interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates during the sourcing and initial screening process.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting, sourcing, and talent management.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a global fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
- Solid knowledge of passive and active candidate sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, social media platforms, boolean search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive recruitment matters.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000. Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
Schedule
This role is aligned with the Explorer persona, which is fully remote. The organization values a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration, with in-office requirements varying by work persona.
