What You Will Do
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks supporting up to five C-level executives including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer; managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential;
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas;
- Compiling documents for travel-related meetings;
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Executives' schedule is followed and respected.
- Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situation for direct access to the Executives' time;
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Determines the appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal teams, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through with projects to successful completion. Often with deadline pressures;
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and taking notes during all meetings;
- Supports in-person client meetings and events as needed;
- Perform an additional duties to support company leadership
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong work tenure; at least 5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives required.
- Efficiency and attention to detail
- Flexibility, energy, high values and a great can-do attitude
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independently
- High level of confidentiality
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
About the Role
This is a 100% on-site position in our Dallas office - this is not a remote role
