Executive Support and Front Office Manager
Serve as an Executive Assistant and Front Office Manager to policy and strategy senior leader front office clients, including coordination of schedules, meetings, actions, and protocol. Provide records management, policy review, coordination of the onboarding process for team members, and work with the government contracting officer representative. Capture, maintain, and advise on onboarding processes and procedures. Assist with the development of the team’s internal SharePoint portal for collaboration, including staff tracking for information sharing and management needs. Act as a fully trained action officer and coordinator for organization action systems, including assignment, tracking, and response coordination and submission.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, actions, and protocol for senior leaders
- Provide records management and policy review
- Coordinate the onboarding process for team members and work with the government contracting officer representative
- Capture, maintain, and advise on onboarding processes and procedures
- Assist with the development of the team’s internal SharePoint portal for collaboration, including staff tracking for information sharing and management needs
- Act as a fully trained action officer and coordinator for organization action systems, including assignment, tracking, and response coordination and submission
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a program or project office in a management or administrator role
- Experience with project coordination, including knowledge management, strategic communications, and information management
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience using SharePoint
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Records Management Certification such as Certified Records Manager, Certified Records Analyst, or CIPP Certification, within 6 months of start date
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a program or project office in a management or administrator role
- 3+ years of experience in the IC or DoW
- Experience with administrative support in an IC or DoW office
- Experience as an executive officer, military staff officer, or action staff officer
- Ability to work independently and as a front-office team member
- Bachelor’s degree
- Records Management Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Schedule
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility is expected, aligned with leadership expectations and role needs. Work from or visits to a customer facility may also be required.
- Onsite: Work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration as required by the role.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
