  • Manage records generated during execution of projects and programs in accordance with Federal laws, regulations, and military directives and instructions.
  • Make recommendations and prepare briefings, point papers, and other materials based on analysis of complex issues and documents.
  • Participate in Integrated Process Teams (IPT), working groups, and task forces as required.

Required Experience

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7–15 years of relevant work experience (experience in lieu of a degree or a degree in lieu of experience may be permitted).

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other standard business software to produce documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Ability to foster cooperative and productive working relationships by clearly communicating expectations, encouraging collaboration, and promoting shared understanding.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, using clear, concise, audience‑appropriate styles and techniques.
  • Collaborative work style with personnel at all levels to achieve mission objectives; strong networking, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
  • Skill in planning, organizing, and managing workload requirements, including tracking and maintaining due dates for multiple taskers, deliverables, and products.
  • Knowledge of task‑management systems such as ETMS2 and the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Expertise in writing and editing to produce clear, accurate, high‑quality correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
