Responsibilities

• Comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team
• Setting new standards for operational excellence
• Recruiting and mentoring new talent
• Managing team workflows
• Addressing guest requests
• Ensuring the restaurant reflects the brand vision and mission at every touchpoint
• Meticulous maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors

Requirements

• Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness, and organization
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
• Advanced knowledge of stewarding operations
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
