We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Also remove "Work Hours STANDARD 8-5", "Website Advancement.msu.edu", "Bidding eligibility ends September 22, 2026, at 11:55 PM". Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity Statement". Also remove "Other skills and/or physical abilities are required to perform the duties of the position." (maybe generic). Also remove "Responsibility For Health/Safety Of Others No assigned responsibility." (maybe not needed). Also remove "Impact on Programs/Services/Operations Errors..." maybe keep? It's substantive? It describes impact; could be part of About the role? Might be considered relevant. But we need to preserve all substantive information. However we need to decide sections. We have content: - Position Summary (first paragraph) -> could be About the role. - Characteristic Duties And Responsibilities (detailed list) -> Responsibilities. - Supervision -> maybe part of About the role? Could be included in Responsibilities? Might be separate but we can include under Responsibilities. - Interacts With -> maybe part of About the role. - Work Environment -> could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions but not in allowed headings. Could be omitted? But we need preserve substantive info. Could include under About the role as a paragraph. - Minimum Requirements -> Requirements. - Desired Qualifications -> Qualifications. - Skills? There's a list of skills in Desired Qualifications; we could separate Skills section but we already have Qualifications. The instruction says we can have Skills section if posting actually states them. The posting includes skills like "Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading, attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills." etc. Could be separate Skills section. But we can also incorporate into Qualifications. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine Desired Qualifications and Skills into Qualifications. However we have separate headings allowed: Qualifications and Skills. We could put Qualifications for education/experience, and Skills for abilities. Let's see. Minimum Requirements: "Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education with course work in word processing, typing, shorthand, and grammar; five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive University work experience in maintaining account ledgers, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software; editing, composing correspondence, taking dictation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid vehicle operator’s license is required at the time of hire." Desired Qualifications: list of experience, abilities, etc. We could treat Minimum Requirements as Requirements, Desired Qualifications as Qualifications, and then extract skills from Desired Qualifications into Skills section. But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule except Work Hours STANDARD 8-5 (which is schedule). That is schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Standard 8-5 work hours." However we need to check if we should include schedule: The posting includes "Work Hours STANDARD 8-5". That's specific schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none. So omit Benefits and Pay. Now we need to remove boilerplate: Equal Employment Opportunity Statement, etc. Also remove "Other skills and/or physical abilities are required to perform the duties of the position." (vague). Also remove "Responsibility For Health/Safety Of Others No assigned responsibility." (maybe not needed). Also remove "Impact on Programs/Services/Operations Errors..." maybe keep as part of About the role? It's substantive about impact. Could be included. Also remove "Work Environment Standard office environment. The job requires moderate physical effort and involves sitting in place, viewing a VDT screen, or typing up to 70% of the time." That's substantive about work environment; could be included in About the role. Also remove "Interacts With University Advancement leadership and staff, development officers, deans and academic leaders, donors and prospects, Alumni Relations and Engagement, Advancement Operations, Spartan Athletics, and other university and external partners." That's substantive; could be part of About the role. Also remove "Supervision Reports directly to the Associate Vice President for Development." Could be part of About the role. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
