By joining our Office of Transportation Delivery/Human Service Transportation Delivery Branch as an Executive Staff Advisor in Franklin County, you’ll support the Executive Director by providing administrative support and technical management assistance to the Transportation Programs within the Office of Transportation Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing and reviewing the Cap Rate Analysis sent to the Actuarial Consultant for the Human Services Transportation Delivery Branch.
  • Prepare reports and other materials required for the Executive Director to use in meetings.
  • Compile and/or review Encounter Data for the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program.
  • Provide technical assistance and participate in state and internal reviews.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience, Training, or Skills: Four years of administrative or management experience.
  • Substitute Education for Experience: A master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
  • Substitute Experience for Education: Additional administrative, management, or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Ideal Candidate Skills

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience researching, applying federal and/or state rules and regulations
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Experience with public speaking
  • Experience with problem solving

Pay

$4,356.96 - $6,535.44 monthly

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based work, mostly completed sitting at a desk.
  • Travel is required in and out of state.
  • The agency may authorize telecommuting, with the possibility of termination or modification of the arrangement at any time.
