About the role

The Executive Advisor provides guidance and support for various special projects, including the development and communication of strategy and analysis of overall execution. This role plans, organizes, and coordinates initiatives through process management, QDM principles, and analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to executive leadership on special projects and activities aimed at improving efficiencies.
  • Leads strategic process improvement projects and collaborates on new technology solutions.
  • Identifies trends in performance and works with management to drive continuous improvement and develop strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Ensures proper compliance monitoring of functional area procedures.
  • Acts as liaison between functional departments, operations, and customers, both internally and externally.
  • Ensures minimal exposure to risk through review of contracts engaged from sales, procurement, and other areas.
  • Leads projects and initiatives related to area changes, both long-term and short-term, to ensure implementation occurs with minimal impact.
  • Serves as point of contact for field and corporate/general office employees regarding policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project and operational leadership, including evaluating, planning, and implementing organizational changes and/or improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization; strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, prepare, and present reports.
  • Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance, and mentorship as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable computer systems/programs.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
