About the role
We are looking for some enthusiastic Civil Engineers for our Technical Support Team at Premier Cement Mills PLC.
Responsibilities
- Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like;House owner, Engineers and Masons.
- Gain knowledge on Premier Cement Mills PLC's Unique Selling Points and communicate corporate clients, masons, contractors and house owners to aware them on product's market presence.
- Ensure their attendance at the meet programs.
- Arranging engagement programs with different target groups like House owners, Mason, and engineers, etc.
- Build up a good relation with House owner Mason and Engineers.
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of different technical campaigns.
- Project conversion.
- Troubleshooting (Handling Technical complain of the assigned area).
- Time to time visit all the projects.
- Plan & achieve divisional technical sales objectives.
- Play a leadership role to establish business relationship with all the concerned product influencers.
- Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
- Bring new B2B orders and achieve sales and collection target.
- Any special task assigned by Supervisor/Departmental Head.
