Responsibilities
- Handle full implementation lifecycle of HCM Cloud software – from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Carry out requirement studies, system configuration, unit testing, system testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Document "to-be" processes and solution design, including Functional Design Specifications, Data Migration Plans, Test Scripts, Training Guides, and Test Results.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer.
- Perform end-to-end data migration (data mapping, cleansing, and loading from legacy to new system).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal standards.
- Gather and analyze user feedback for system enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve post-implementation issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HCM solution implementation at the Executive level; candidates at the Senior Executive level are welcome to apply.
- Hands-on knowledge in HCM Cloud software.
- Experience in Payroll processing.
- Proficient in documentation and project lifecycle coordination.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, HTML, Java, and API programming.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
