EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

About the role

Work closely with the Executive Chef of this production kitchen to ensure the highest standards are met for all food prepared at the commissary and served in store locations, as well as plated meals and catering.

This is a very hands-on position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and ensuring standards, systems, and procedures are maintained and followed.
• Work with the Executive Chef in overseeing and mentoring the culinary team.
• Responsible for overall commissary operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
