Executive Sourcer (Financial Services)

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Recruiter/Sourcer to join their team! In this role, you'll dive deep into company and executive research, identifying top-tier Director, Managing Director, and Investment Banking Front Office talents.

Responsibilities

• Conducting company and candidate research with the right sourcing strategy, for both open searches and pipeline projects
• Analysing information to develop and build insights and business intelligence; build mapping and pipeline reports
• Recruiting and qualifying prospective candidates
• Engaging in regular business meetings with TAL during job brief intake and shortlist sessions
• Identifying efficient and effective ways of working especially new sourcing strategy/technology
• Managing research projects to ensure research is delivered on-time
• Cultivating candidate and industry-expert relationships to grow our client
• Ensuring diverse candidate pool during mapping

Who you are

• Experience in recruitment and / or search, ideally in senior leadership hiring
• Experience in-house or in Search within the Investment Banking Sector
• Meticulous and attention to detail. You enjoy ensuring data quality making sure the research is error-free
• Has experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
• Highly polished communication and presentation skills
• Experience crafting compelling engagement communications to attract passive talent
• Experience with Workday (ideal) or other similar ATS’
• Ambassador for our firm. Enjoys representing our client to cultivate relationships with candidates, sources, industry experts, and potential clients
