Executive/Senior Health Care Consulting Associate

Each executive consultant is responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts, managing both successful client engagements and account development opportunities. The role is equal parts client engagement management and strategic business development.
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
- Manage client accounts and identify new business development opportunities
- Lead teams and projects with a focus on solving complex business problems
- Apply demonstrated management expertise in marketing, strategic planning, finance, operations, talent, and technology within the health and human services fields
Requirements
- Previous experience as a management consultant
- Demonstrated analytical ability to solve complex business problems
- Deep understanding of client strategy and business operations
- Strong communication skills
- Must reside in the continental United States
- Travel required to OPEN MINDS educational events, the Gettysburg office, and client meetings
Pay
Full-time positions include salary, performance incentives, and benefits. Hourly arrangements may be available for the right candidate.
