Executive / Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing (Aquaculture Business)
About the role
Develop strong professional relationships with fish farmers. Conduct regular pond visits and provide technical recommendations. Educate farmers regarding fish health management, water quality improvement, disease prevention, and probiotic applications. Promote company products through technical consultation and field demonstrations. Identify and develop new farming accounts within assigned territories.
Dealer Network Development
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors. Ensure effective market coverage and product availability. Develop new dealer partnerships and strengthen existing dealer networks. Support dealer business growth through technical and commercial assistance.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Execute territory development plans effectively. Identify new market opportunities and business prospects. Generate sustainable sales growth through strategic customer engagement. Ensure continuous expansion of customer and dealer databases.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate daily visit records and activity reports. Submit reports through designated company platforms and communication groups. Follow company policies, reporting standards, and operational guidelines. Communicate market insights, customer feedback, and business opportunities to management.
