Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads, conduct client visits, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify prospective customers, provide personalized consultation, present the company's projects, and successfully close sales.
- Forecast future sales by analyzing historical data, current sales trends, and other relevant market information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales period.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records by regularly updating the CRM system.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
