About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Executive Sales Representative, Pain - Gainesville, GA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based sales role is focused on driving growth within a defined territory by building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and executing a disciplined customer engagement plan. The individual will translate market insights into targeted call strategies, deliver effective presentations, and support ethical attainment of revenue goals in a highly regulated environment. Success will require strong business acumen, consistent field productivity, and close coordination with peers to influence prescribing behavior and expand access.
Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan aligned with sales strategies
- Conduct effective sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical practices
- Implement pre-call planning strategies for key targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers and customers
- Ensure high levels of productivity in calls and fieldwork
- Gather and use information to create targeted strategies for prescribers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 11+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred
- Strong business acumen with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results
- Self-starter with high motivation levels
- Must reside in the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license

Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 annually
Location
Remote position for US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. Must reside in assigned territory (Gainesville, GA area).
