Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Gainesville, FL

You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop business plan aligning with the company sales strategies
• Conduct targeted sales presentations to customers
• Achieve quarterly sales goals while upholding ethical standards
• Understand targeting principles for effective sales strategy
• Create pre-call planning strategies for key targets
• Cultivate positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers
• Maintain high levels of call and field productivity
• Gather and utilize insights from various stakeholders to tailor strategies for prescribers
• Leverage promotional materials to enhance physician awareness of products
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Pursue ongoing learning in sales efficiency and product knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve results
• Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including overnight trips, and reside within applicable geographic areas
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required
