About the role
The Executive Sales Director at LifeNet Health is responsible for driving the growth of the Wound Care business within the designated market. They oversee the sales and distribution of LifeNet Health Wound Care products, manage customer relationships, and develop strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develops and implements business plans and sales strategies to ensure revenue growth and meet strategic service goals.
- People Leadership: Oversees and guides a team to ensure they have the necessary skills and tools to perform effectively.
- Business Development: Prospects, targets, and develops strategic business relationships with clients, leveraging technical expertise to enhance client utilization of company products and services.
- Strategic Partnerships: Engages key stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor value propositions, collaborating with marketing and other departments to meet revenue and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales, or Physician Sales.
- Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience, including supervision of a team.
- Operating room, orthopedic, or neurosurgical product experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Qualifications
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and clear understanding of regulatory changes and their impact on internal processes and products.
- Strong ability to lead and engage in talent management practices, including selection, promotion, development, and engagement.
- Ability to build and sustain partnerships across organizational boundaries and functions.
Skills & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred.
- 3 years sales experience in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or medical device industry preferred.
