About the role

The Executive Sales Director at LifeNet Health is responsible for driving the growth of the Wound Care business within the designated market. They oversee the development, maintenance, and direction of the sales and distribution of LifeNet Health Wound Care products. This role involves strategic planning, people leadership, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develops and implements business plans and sales strategies to ensure revenue growth and aligns with strategic service goals.
  • People Leadership: Oversees and guides a team to ensure they have the necessary skills, tools, and talents to perform effectively.
  • Business Development: Prospects, targets, and develops robust business relationships with clients, leveraging technical expertise to enhance client utilization of company's products and services.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Engages key stakeholders to understand client needs, tailor value propositions, and collaborate with marketing and other departments to meet revenue and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales, and/or Physician Sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience, including management of direct reports.
  • Operating room, orthopedic, or neurosurgical product experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and engage in talent management practices.
  • Experience in building and sustaining partnerships across organizational boundaries.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and analyze situations with attention to detail.

Skills & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred.
  • 3 years sales experience in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or medical device industry preferred.
  • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of regulatory changes and their impact on internal processes and products.
  • Knowledge of the link between department/function and business strategy.

Pay

Salary Range: $152,547 - $203,396 Plus $85,000 Variable Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.

Schedule

You will need to travel at least 80% of the time and reside near the location.
