About the role
Our fintech client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support sales leaders and frontline sellers by managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing executive time, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings (including executive briefings and customer demos)
- Prepare sales materials and decks
- Handle travel logistics
- Serve as a key operational partner to sales leadership
- Own meeting follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records for activity and stakeholder notes
- Manage expense reporting
- Support recurring sales rhythms such as pipeline reviews, QBRs, and deal desk workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, sales operations professional, or administrative support partner
- Prior experience supporting sales, revenue, or executive leadership strongly preferred
- Exceptional calendar and email management skills with high attention to detail and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication with a polished, professional presence
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) to log activity and notes
- Comfort creating presentations, sales collateral, and executive-level reports
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Experience with travel booking, expense reporting, and light project tracking
Qualifications
- Remote in the Los Angeles area
- Occasional local travel or schedule flexibility may be required to support executive calendars
Skills
- Exceptional calendar and email management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
