Executive Recruiting - Sourcing Associate Manager
About the role
The Accenture Leadership Recruitment practice is an in-house executive search function that identifies, cultivates and attracts senior leadership talent to support the growth of Accenture’s businesses globally. In this role focused on North America, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing and diverse talent.
Responsibilities
- Support building out a more robust Research function and overall sourcing strategies
- Create a market intelligence blueprint to influence targeted talent strategies
- Design & deploy high impact research strategies to identify and engage world class talent
- Effectively advocate & sell Accenture’s EVP and culture to prospective hires
- Engage with senior level leaders (VP through C-Suite)
- Coach MD Recruiters in leading search skills and technologies
- Proactively build talent pools of senior executives to understand the competitive landscape and Accenture value proposition in their space
- Discover and utilize effective and sustainable diverse talent channels to meet current and future leadership hiring needs
- Provide world class candidate experience to candidates/prospects and be the ambassador/custodian of Accenture’s Talent brand
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring that deadlines are achieved
- Deliver and report progress against sourcing targets
- Supporting the creation of presentations to showcase research findings as well as providing input at senior stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of leadership recruiting experience (Senior Manager and above)
- Minimum 4 years of developing talent sourcing strategies
- Deep technical skills in sourcing and attracting talent on social media and other professional platforms
- Passion for recruitment and the ways it can transform organizations
- Prior experience in External Executive Search or Agency recruitment is preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, working within a large, complex global business
- Strong business acumen and ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers
- Strong understanding of the North American professional services market
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Professional Platforms
- Strong research skills and ability to think creatively to uncover the strongest candidate profiles
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Critical thinking / solutioning
- Inquisitive mindset with a thirst for knowledge
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) at the senior level
- Preference with experience sourcing executive level consultants in the Supply Chain & Engineering function within the Manufacturing and Industrials industries
