About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. This individual will serve as a strategic Recruiting Business Partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment process while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
- Lead candidate sourcing efforts using multiple channels to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate assessment, interview preparation, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
- Drive offer creation, negotiation, and closing activities to secure top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to identify trends, improve processes, and influence hiring decisions.
- Manage requisition activity, hiring forecasts, and candidate pipelines to ensure timely delivery against business objectives.
- Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and recruiting teams to achieve hiring goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for challenging searches.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnering skills.
- Experience owning recruiting processes, hiring outcomes, and requisition management from intake through hire.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience operating in a Recruiting Business Partner or Talent Advisor capacity.
- Experience supporting complex or high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge, and recruiting expertise.
