About the role
We are building category-defining AI products for legal professionals. Harvey is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support and scale our senior leadership hiring across various functions and regions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.
- Partner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior-level candidates.
- Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting and other recruiters to align on priorities, strategy, and execution.
- Manage and partner with external search firms when appropriate.
- Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a combination of search firm/agency and in-house experience.
- Proven success hiring senior leaders in high-growth, global, or technology-driven companies.
- Strong research and sourcing capabilities, including the ability to identify and engage hard-to-reach executive talent.
- Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with C-level leaders.
- Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and contributing to process improvement.
