About the role
Inspect and test raw milk and dairy products for quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory analyses, including fat content, protein content, moisture, acidity (pH), and microbiological testing
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Verify cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP/SIP) are properly followed
- Record and maintain quality control documentation and test results
- Investigate product quality issues and identify root causes
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products before release
- Monitor storage temperatures and product shelf life
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
- Assist during internal and external quality audits
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and customer specifications
- Train production staff on hygiene and quality procedures
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Food Technology
