Job Summary
Techception is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive (QAE).
Responsibilities
- Monitor the inbound and outbound calls and emails responses.
- Achieve technical accuracy, customer service performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
- Submit work to editors for input and approval.
- Cover coordination with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Conduct simple keyword research and apply SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Write Quality Blogs based on the topics assigned.
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
- Update website content as needed.
Requirements
- 0.5-2 years Call Center Experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Solid time management skills.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
