Executive Protection Specialist - Onsite
About the role
Provides executive protection and dedicated security services for facilities housing senior leadership, including the President/CEO and Executive team. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining a secure executive environment, ensuring leadership safety, privacy, and operational continuity through proactive risk identification, access control, and protective presence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure executive environment for senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Control access to executive areas.
- Provide protective presence to ensure safety, privacy, and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Within 1 year of hire: successful completion of TASER© training and certification within 9 months of employment, with annual re‑certification (Facility Managed).
- Driving may be necessary; must provide proof of driver’s license and auto insurance upon request and comply with all state laws.
- 5 years of Law Enforcement, Security, or Military experience.
- Executive Protection experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (one‑year post‑secondary education) and one year healthcare security experience, or equivalent education/experience.
- Related college coursework may substitute for one year of experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.

Pay
Base pay range: $35.06 – $54.43 per hour. Additional compensation may be available as described above.

Full‑time, Day shift.
