Executive Protection Lead - Pittsburgh PA

As an Executive Protection Agent within PNC's Physical Security organization based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will provide close protection and security‑related functions for PNC executives during domestic and/or international assignments. PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess and react to potential risks/threats to protect at‑risk PNC employees (CEO, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, etc.).
• Perform executive protection and logistic support for clients traveling domestically and abroad.
• Manage security operations from a dispatch “mobile” command center to analyze challenges and disseminate information.
• Conduct site surveys domestically and abroad, advise on requirements, and implement security and access controls.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of all security orders (written and oral) pertaining to assigned duties and working knowledge of applicable federal/state laws.
• Work with stakeholders to create comprehensive security plans for trips, events, and off‑site meetings.
• Coordinate contingency plans and emergency medical response for security incidents while protecting PNC employees.
• Proactively partner with law enforcement as needed.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to varying work paces, and maintain high attentiveness and energy.
• Facilitate/assist with physical security training.
• Take an active role in media and speaking engagements as needed.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
