Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
  • Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
  • Auxiliary support in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
  • Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
  • Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
  • Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
  • Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
  • Certifications & Credentials: Level III & IV licenses for the state of TX, U.S. Passport & Driver’s License, High School Diploma or GED, Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy.
  • Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
  • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening.
  • Skills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressure, Strong written and verbal communication, Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities, Physical readiness and mental resilience, Discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience, Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response, LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit, CPR certification, EMT license, Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes.
