Responsibilities
- Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
- Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure: locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
- Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
- Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
- Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
- Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
- Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
- Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
Qualifications
- Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST) experience.
- Level III & IV licenses for the state of TX.
- U.S. Passport & Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy.
- Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
- Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience.

- LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit.
- CPR certification.
- EMT license.
- Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes.
