About the role
Kirksey Architecture is seeking an Executive Project Manager to lead multiple projects from concept through completion, focusing on quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Cook up and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for deliverables.
- Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.
- Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 20+ years in architectural project management.
- Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Skills
- Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.
