Executive Project Manager

About the role

Kirksey Architecture is seeking an Executive Project Manager to lead multiple projects from concept through completion, focusing on quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Cook up and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for deliverables.
• Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.
• Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 20+ years in architectural project management.
• Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

Skills

• Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.
