About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will also be expected to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
