Executive (Product Design & Development/Narrow Fabrics)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review development orders from buyers or internal merchandising teams.
• Develop elastic products using various narrow fabric techniques and machines, including Jacquard, Crochet, Needle Loom, Drawstring, Bow, Collar & Cuff, and other narrow fabric items.
• Develop and finalize yarn, rubber, and other raw material specifications as per buyer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all required development documents, technical sheets, and approval records.
• Cook up and coordinate with sampling, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate product development.
• Develop elastic samples and submit them to buyers for approval within the required timeline.
• Communicate with buyers regarding technical details, modifications, and development feedback.
• Ensure buyer approvals are obtained before releasing products for bulk production.
• Provide final technical approval and handover to production for bulk manufacturing.
• Monitor development timelines to ensure on-time delivery of samples and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, buyer guidelines, and quality requirements.
