Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of multidisciplinary work including brand strategy and digital experiences
• Serve as the senior delivery partner for a strategic client relationship
• Collaborate with various teams to scope new opportunities and develop plans
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring clarity and quality of deliverables
• Oversee project health, staffing, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Develop cross-functional partnerships to improve team performance and client outcomes
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in long-term client partnerships

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex client engagements in an agency or consultancy setting
• Several years as an Executive Producer or equivalent senior delivery leader
• A proven record of managing retained client relationships with evolving priorities
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
• Experience across strategy, design, content, technology, and production teams
• Strong commercial acumen in project scoping, budgeting, and financial management
• Knowledge of digital delivery and multidisciplinary team dynamics

Pay

$125,000 – $165,000 annually
