What You'll Do

  • Executive Partnership & Leadership Decision Support
  • Create concise, high-quality leadership materials (briefs and presentations) that drive alignment and decisions in senior forums
  • Lead “so what / now what” discussions connecting data and context to implications, tradeoffs, and actions
  • Lead and deliver strategic initiatives that help the firm rethink elements of its commercial model and operating model
  • Structure messy problems, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept → decision → measurable outcomes
  • Financially Focused AI Enablement
  • Help leaders and teams understand the implications of AI
  • Drive AI literacy and adoption through practical enablement
  • Partner across Finance and adjacent teams to implement new ways of working and sustain adoption
  • Cross-Functional Mobilization & Change Leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting/strategy, business operations, analytics, or similar roles with demonstrated success leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
  • Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills- able to synthesize complexity into crisp, executive-ready recommendations and materials
  • Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption/change, not just analysis
  • Experience in professional services environment highly preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
