What You'll Do
- Executive Partnership & Leadership Decision Support
- Create concise, high-quality leadership materials (briefs and presentations) that drive alignment and decisions in senior forums
- Lead “so what / now what” discussions connecting data and context to implications, tradeoffs, and actions
- Lead and deliver strategic initiatives that help the firm rethink elements of its commercial model and operating model
- Structure messy problems, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept → decision → measurable outcomes
- Financially Focused AI Enablement
- Help leaders and teams understand the implications of AI
- Drive AI literacy and adoption through practical enablement
- Partner across Finance and adjacent teams to implement new ways of working and sustain adoption
- Cross-Functional Mobilization & Change Leadership
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred
- 8+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting/strategy, business operations, analytics, or similar roles with demonstrated success leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional structured thinking and communication skills- able to synthesize complexity into crisp, executive-ready recommendations and materials
- Proven ability to drive stakeholder alignment and adoption/change, not just analysis
- Experience in professional services environment highly preferred
- Fluency in English
- Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
