Executive Partner, ESCL, Life Sciences

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Partner, ESCL, Life Sciences to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the life sciences sector, helping them shape supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives. The Executive Partner will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, facilitate high-value working sessions, and translate research and peer insights into practical guidance. The position is focused on driving measurable outcomes across the member lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $194,000 annually Responsibilities Manage relationships with approximately 25-30 executive members in life sciences Act as a trusted advisor on supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives Provide objective guidance as an extension of client leadership teams Facilitate executive workshops and strategy sessions for alignment and outcomes Connect members with research and peer insights for decision-making support Develop tailored engagement plans focused on measurable business results Support all phases of the member lifecycle from onboarding to renewal Qualifications 20+ years of leadership experience in supply chain for life sciences or consulting environments In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations Proven experience advising senior executives such as VPs and C-suite leaders Strong grasp of how supply chain strategies facilitate business growth and innovation Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Benefits Generous paid time off (PTO) policy 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year Opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount Participate in annual bonus or uncapped sales incentive plans Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
