Executive Operations Specialist
for section headings, - for lists,
for prose.
I should not include Job ID/requisition numbers (none present). Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions (none present). The text includes "Reasonable Accommodations/ADA" and "This job description is designed..." which are boilerplate - I should remove those.
Also note: "Benefits begin on the first of the month..." appears twice - duplicate, keep once.
The benefits section is quite detailed with many items. I'll structure as a list.
Responsibilities are broken into three main areas with percentages: Executive Assistance (40%), Purchasing Process Management (35%), Contract Management (25%). Each has bullet points. I'll keep those as sub-sections or as a list under Responsibilities.
Qualifications: Education and Experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: three subsections.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: prose and list.
I'll create sections only where there's real content.
Let me draft the HTML.
First, Benefits section: heading "Benefits". Then a paragraph about benefits beginning, then a list of benefits. The benefits are listed with pipes separating items. I'll split into individual list items.
Overview: heading "Overview" or "About the role"? The user said use headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", etc. The posting has "Overview" and "POSITION SUMMARY". I'll use "About the role" for the position summary.
Responsibilities: heading "Responsibilities". Then maybe subheadings for each area? But the rule says use
for section headings. Could use for each major responsibility area? But they are subsections of Responsibilities. Might keep as for Responsibilities and then use with nested lists or just list items with bold labels. Since the percentages are part of the description, I'll include them in the list items.
Qualifications: heading "Qualifications". Then education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: could be one section with subsections, but the rule says use for section headings like "Skills". The posting has "Knowledge", "Skills", "Abilities" as separate headings. I'll make each an ? But they are under a broader "KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES". I'll create three separate sections: "Knowledge", "Skills", "Abilities". That matches the rule's examples.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: heading "Physical Demands" or "Work Environment". I'll use "Physical Demands and Work Environment".
Now, ensure no filler. The posting has "NOTE: Compensation determinations..." - that's about pay, but not specific pay range. The rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Compensation determinations will be made based on years of required relevant occupational experience and meeting educational requirements." That's not a specific pay range, so I should not create a Pay section. I'll include that note in Overview or Qualifications? Probably in Overview as a paragraph.
Also "Reasonable Accommodations/ADA" is boilerplate, remove.
"This job description is designed to cover the basic functions..." boilerplate, remove.
Now, let's write the HTML.
I'll start with Benefits.
Note: The benefits list includes "Benefits Full-time Benefits Include:" then items separated by |. Also "Lakeshore also offers generous paid time off..." and "Additional Perks". I'll combine into one list.
I'll structure:
