Position Summary
The Executive Operations Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Operations and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day success of the organization. This position helps drive operational efficiency, supports departmental performance initiatives, and assists with projects that impact the company's overall success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President of Operations
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting notes, and distribute action items
- Cook up and maintain weekly and monthly production reports
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports
- Create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Track operational projects, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Aid with special projects and reporting requests from leadership
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Previous Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or administrative support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong computer, internet, and email skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
