Executive Office Operations Manager
Executive Office
- Partner directly with executive leadership to execute strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain visibility across executive priorities, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Cook up leadership meetings, action items, and organizational follow-through.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
- Identify operational risks and recommend solutions.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Improve organizational systems, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop scalable processes that support Vanguard's continued growth.
- Build executive dashboards and performance reporting.
- Standardize documentation and business processes across the Executive Office.
Executive Office Leadership
- Partner closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure Executive Office operations remain aligned.
- Provide strategic guidance on Executive Office priorities and process improvements.
- Support succession planning and organizational growth initiatives.
Business Operations
- Conduct operational analysis and research to support executive decision-making.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Monitor executive budgets, operational metrics, and organizational performance.
- Cook up high-impact projects requiring executive oversight.
Leadership Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships across departments to improve collaboration.
- Represent executive leadership with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Drive accountability by ensuring organizational priorities remain visible and on track.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of executive operations, consulting, project management, or executive support experience.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and executive presence.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organizational systems and drive operational excellence.
Pay
- Base Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated success.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
