Executive Meetings Manager

The Rental Events Operations Manager is a member of strategic and efficient cross-functional Special Events team responsible for the successful delivery of rental events, along with other internal and external special events. The Rental Events Manager manages all operational and logistical aspects of rental events, helping maintain strong client relationships, and supervises on-call special events staff. The Rental Events Operations Manager is the primary contact for all rental event clients after their rental contract is signed, communicating the client's needs and expectations to the museum's operational departments, while enforcing the museum's policies with the client. The Rental Events Manager will exercise independent judgement by making all necessary operational decisions for rental events, particularly during non-museum hours. This includes working in close collaboration with the Rental Events Sales Manager and the Assistant Director of Rental Events to maintain profitable budget margins.
