About the Role

We’re looking for an Executive Meetings Manager to join our Sales team and help us grow our group and small-meeting business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, selling creatively, and bringing together the many details that make a successful meeting or event. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and an ambassador for our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to incoming group and catering opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new and returning clients while identifying opportunities to grow business.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations that showcase what makes our property special.
  • Prospect for new business through outreach, sales blitzes, cold calling, former-client relationships, and industry events.
  • Create contracts, booking documentation, and maintain accurate client account files.
  • Coordinate meeting and event details, including food & beverage, room setup, and audio/visual needs.
  • Ask the right questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and create solutions that meet both client and hotel needs.
  • Manage group room blocks from initial setup through projections and actualization.
  • Create group resumes and communicate client expectations across hotel departments.
  • Partner with hotel teams to ensure every detail is executed as promised.
  • Use your creativity, communication, and negotiation skills to close business and achieve revenue goals.
  • Help create exceptional guest experiences by being responsive, professional, and solutions-focused.

Requirements

  • A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
  • Sales-minded and results-driven, with the confidence to prospect, negotiate, and close business.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing multiple events and client needs.
  • A strong communicator who can listen, ask great questions, and confidently present solutions.
  • A team player who understands that great hospitality requires everyone to pitch in and support one another.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to solve problems and learn new skills.
  • Professional and positive, even when things get busy or unexpected challenges arise.
  • Comfortable moving throughout the hotel for client meetings and site inspections.

Why Join Us

Every meeting is different. Every client has a story. And every successful event is an opportunity to create a guest experience people remember. If you’re energized by hospitality, sales, relationships, and the satisfaction of seeing your work come together, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. You’ll have the opportunity to build your client portfolio, grow revenue, collaborate with multiple hotel departments, and play an important role in delivering experiences that keep guests and clients coming back.

Our Approach to Hospitality

We believe our guests and associates deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Every member of our team plays a role in creating a positive guest experience and representing our hotel. We’re looking for someone who brings that same spirit to every interaction—with clients, guests, and fellow associates.
