What You’ll Lead

What We’re Looking For
- Significant leadership experience within commercial real estate brokerage
- Proven success growing teams, revenue, and market performance
- Strong executive presence and leadership credibility
- Experience leading through influence, accountability, and relationship-building
- Financial and operational business acumen
- Active real estate broker license (or ability/intention to obtain)
