Account Executive

About the role

We're a well-established real estate law firm with nearly 50 years in the California legal industry and six offices statewide. Our San Diego team is growing and we're looking for a motivated, people-savvy Account Executive to join us. This is not your average desk job. You'll be negotiating settlements, tracking down debtors, and building real legal knowledge — all while getting paid for your performance.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Negotiating settlements with debtors and opposing counsel
• Conducting skip tracing investigations (think detective work — locating debtors and verifying financial info)
• Communicating with clients and debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Reading and applying lease language and collection laws
• Keeping cases documented and organized

No law degree required — just drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn!

Pay

$24–$26/hour + monthly commission (top performers bring home $40k+ annually in commission on top of base)
